Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh karakteristik live streaming shopping pada continuous participation intention berdasarkan teori stimulus – organism – response (SOR). Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 155 responden. Pengolahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan SmartPLS 4.1.0.6 melalui structural equation modelling dan uji bootstrapping untuk uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived diagnosticity berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap continuous participation intention. Berbeda dengan information richness dan interactivity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived diagnosticity, perceived enjoyment, dan perceived social support. Selain itu, perceived diagnosticity, perceived enjoyment, dan perceived social support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap memorable experience. Terakhir perceived enjoyment dan perceived social support berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap continuous participation intention.
