Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the influence of religiosity and perception of profit sharing system on university students toward saving interest in sharia bank. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive approach.The population in this research is Accounting students of Andalas University from first year until fourth year. The samples were taken by accidental sampling technique amounting to 86 samples which were separated into two groups of respondents. Each group consisting of 43 respondents. First one consisting of students that have done and have been taking sharia accounting courses, and second one consisting of students that don’t take and haven’t taken syaria accounting courses yet. Analyze data used multiple linear regression with SPSS 16.0 program. The results of this study indicated that partially religiosity and perception of profit sharing system have a positive and significant effect on the students's saving interest in sharia bank.
