Abstract

PENGARUH COOPETITION DAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENTTERHADAP INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR DENGAN TRUST SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI PADA PT SEMEN PADANG RizkiMatondang Dr. RahmiFahmi& Dr. Hafiz Rahman ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Coopetition Dan Knowledge Management Terhadap Innovative Work Behavior Dengan Trust Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada Pt Semen Padang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Semen Padang yang pernah mengikuti kompetisi inovasi sebanyak 93 responden. Pengolahan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), dengan jenis Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) yang digunakanya itu Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa coopetition tidak berpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadapinnovative work behavior padakarywan PT Semen Padang.Coopetitiontidakberpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadaptrust padakaryawan PT Semen Padang.Knowledge management tidakberpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadapinnovative work behavior padakaryawan PT Semen Padang.Knowledge management berpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadaptrust padakaryawan PT Semen Padang.Trust berpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadapinnovative work behavior padakaryawan PT Semen Padang.Coopetitiontidakberpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadapinnovative work behavior yang dimediasiolehtrust padakaryawan PT Semen Padang.Knowledge management berpengaruhpositifdansignifikanterhadapinnovative work behavior yang dimediasiolehtrust padakaryawan PT Semen Padang.Berdasarkanhasilpenelitian yang telahdilakukanmakaimplikasidalampenelitianiniadalahsebagaimasukanbagistrategi yang dapatdilakukan PT Semen Padang, untukpeningkatankolaborasidankompetisi yang seimbangsehinggaperusahaandapatmengoptimalkanhasildenganmenciptakanlingkungan di manakaryawandapatberkolaborasiuntukmenghasilkaninovasi, sambiltetapmempertahankanelemenpersaingan yang sehat, yang berdampakterhadappeningkatankolaborasidapatmeningkatkan ide dansolusiinovatifsambilmempertahankantingkatpersaingan yang memacuproduktivitasdankinerja, selainitumemahamidanmengelolahubunganantaracoopetitiondaninnovative work behavior, perusahaandapatmencapaikeseimbangan yang optimal antarakerjasamadanpersaingan, yang padagilirannyadapatmeningkatkankemampuaninovatifdankinerjakeseluruhan. Sample in study This is former employee of PT Semen Padang follow competition innovation as many as 93 respondents . Research data processing done with use SEM ( Structural Equation Modeling ) method , with type of Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) used namely Smart PLS. Results study show that coopetitionno influential positive and significant to innovative work behavior on employees of PT Semen Padang. CoopetitionNo influential positive and significant to trust in employees of PT Semen Padang. Knowledge management is not influential positive and significant to innovative work behavior on employees of PT Semen Padang. Knowledge management influential positive and significant to trust in employees of PT Semen Padang. Trust matters positive and significant to innovative work behavior on employees of PT Semen Padang. Coopetitionno influential positive and significant to mediated innovative work behavior by trust in employees of PT Semen Padang. Knowledge management has an influence positive and significant to mediated innovative work behavior by trust in employees of PT Semen Padang. Based on results research that has been done so implications in study This is as input for possible strategy carried out by PT Semen Padang, for enhancement collaboration and balanced competition so that company can optimizing results with create environment where employee can collaborate for produce innovation , while still maintain element healthy competition , which has an impact to enhancement collaboration can improve ideas and solution innovative while maintain level spurring competition productivity and performance , aside that understand and manage connection between coopetition and innovative work behavior , company can reach optimal balance between cooperation and competition , which is on turn can increase ability innovative and performance whole.
