Abstract

This study explores the "Impact of Determinant Factors on Dividend Policy in Property Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2017-2021)." The research aims to analyze the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, liquidity, profitability, company size, and leverage on dividend policy decisions within the context of the Indonesian property sector.Utilizing data from the Indonesia Stock Exchange spanning the years 2017 to 2021, the research employs a comprehensive methodology to investigate the relationships between the aforementioned determinant factors and the dividend policies adopted by property companies. Statistical analyses, including regression models, are applied to discern patterns and dependencies.The findings of this study contribute valuable insights to the understanding of dividend policy determinants in the Indonesian property market. The results may have implications for investors, policymakers, and company management, providing a foundation for strategic decision-making and financial planning.
