Abstract

Keluhan yang dilaporkan pasien dan keluarga melalui survey bagian penilaian mutu dan kepuasan dengan nilai dibawah standar Depkes mengindikasikan rendahnya kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan. Kualitas pelayanan cenderung berakhir pada perasaan puas atau tidak puas pasien selama berada di pelayanan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan kemoterapi dengan kepuasan keluarga yang memiliki anak leukemia limfoblastik akut (LLA) yang menjalani kemoterapi. Penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study ini telah dilakukan di IRNA Kebidanan dan Anak RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang sejak September 2018 hingga Februari 2019. Sampel penelitian adalah 47 orang tua yang memiliki anak LLA yang diambil secara consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner Comprehensive Assessment of Satisfaction with Cancer Care (CASC) dan kuesioner FamCare Scale. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 66% responden menyatakan kualitas pelayanan kemoterapi baik dan 63,8% responden menyatakan puas dengan pelayanan kemoterapi yang diterima. Uji Chi-Square diperoleh adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan kemoterapi dengan kepuasan keluarga yang memiliki anak leukemia limfoblastik akut (LLA) dengan nilai (p = 0,000). Dokter dan perawat hendaknya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasinya dalam pemberian pelayanan kemoterapi melalui pelatihan yang diadakan oleh rumah sakit agar proses pemberian pelayanan lebih baik. Lebih lanjut perlu adanya perhatian pada aspek kebersihan, kerapian dan kenyamanan ruangan kemoterapi dan penyediaan ruangan khusus untuk kemoterapi anak. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between service quality of chemotherapy and satisfaction of families who have children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) who are undergoing chemotherapy. This descriptive study with a cross sectional approach was conducted at Midwifery and Children Ward Dr. M. Djamil Padang Hospital from September 2018 to February 2019. The study sample was 47 parents who had LLA children taken by consecutive sampling. Data collection used the Comprehensive Assessment of Satisfaction with Cancer Care (CASC) questionnaire and the FamCare Scale questionnaire. The results showed that 66% of respondents stated that the quality of the chemotherapy service was good and 63.8% of respondents said they were satisfied with the chemotherapy service received. The Chi-Square test found a significant correlation between the quality of care for chemotherapy with the satisfaction of families who have children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (LLA) with a value (p = 0,000). Doctors and nurses should be able to improve their communication skills in providing chemotherapy services through training conducted by hospitals so that the process of providing services is better. Furthermore, attention needs to be paid to aspects of cleanliness, tidiness and the comfort of the chemotherapy room and the provision of special rooms for child chemotherapy.
