Abstract

Background and research objectives Cervical cancer is the fourth most common cancer in women aged 30-50 years, because this age is very risky for cancer. Cervical cancer can be identified by early detection of precancerous lesions. One of the early detection programs carried out routinely by the government is to use the Visual Inspection Of Acetid Acid (VIA) test method. This study aims to determine the relationship of reproductive health history of women aged 30-50 years with the results of IVA test at Padang Pasir Health Center. Method The method of observational analytic research with a design was case control carried out at Padang Pasir Health Center from February to Desember 2018. The study sample was 30-50 year old mothers with 64 respondents using medical record data. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate using thetest Chi- Square (p <0.05).Result The results of the analysis chi-square showed that the p value between the results of the IVA test and the age of menarche (p = 0,007), first age of marriage (p = 0,022), parity (p = 0,003), history of hormonal contraception use (p = 0,020) and history family cervix (p = 0,029) ConclusionReproductive health history (age of menarche, age at first marriage, parity, history of hormonal contraception use and history of cervical cancer in the family) have a significant relationship with the results of IVA test at the Padang Pasir Health Center.Bibliography : 41 (2002-2018) Keywords : IVA test, menarche, parity, hormonal contraception, cervical cancer. ABSTRAK.Latar belakang dan Tujuan penelitian Kanker serviks termasuk kanker keempat paling umum terjadi pada wanita yang berusia 30-50 tahun, karena usia ini sangat berisiko untuk terjadinya kanker. Kanker serviks dapat diketahui dengan deteksi dini lesi prakanker. Salah satu program deteksi dini yang dilakukan rutin oleh pemerintah adalah dengan menggunakan metode Inspeksi Visual Asam Asetat (IVA) test. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan riwayat kesehatan reproduksi wanita usia 30-50 tahun dengan hasil pemeriksaan IVA test di Puskesmas Padang Pasir. Metode Penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain case control, dilakukan di Puskesmas Padang Pasir pada bulan Februari sampai Desember 2018. Sampel penelitian adalah ibu yang berusia 30-50 tahun sebanyak 64responden dengan menggunakan data rekam medis. Analisis data secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square (p<0.05). Hasil Hasil analisis chi-square didapatkan nilai p antara hasil IVA test dengan usia menarche (p=0,007), usia pertama menikah (p=0,022), paritas (p=0,003), riwayat penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal (p=0,020) dan riwayat kanker serviks dalam keluarga (p=0,029) Kesimpulan Riwayat kesehatan reproduksi (usia menarche, usia pertama menikah, paritas, riwayat penggunaan kontrasepsi hormonal dan riwayat kanker serviks dalam keluarga) memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan hasil pemeriksaan IVA test di Puskesmas Padang Pasir.
