FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS Skripsi, Desember 2018 WINASTASYA DEMONA PUTRI, No. BP. 1611216059 FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KELUHAN SUBJEKTIF PENDENGARAN PADA PEKERJA DI UNIT PRODUKSI PERUSAHAAN SAWIT PT.AMP PLANTATION TAHUN 2018 x + 77 halaman, 15 tabel, 5 gambar, 10 lampiran ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilaksanakan oleh Balai Hiperkes didapati adanya pekerja pada bagian produksi PT.AMP Plantation yang terindikasi terpapar kebisingan >85 dB. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan keluhan subjektif pendengaran pada pekerja di bagian produksi perusahaan sawit PT.AMP Plantation Tahun 2018. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan metode cross sectional study dengan populasi seluruh pekerja di bagian produksi sebanyak 98 orang. Waktu penelitian yaitu antara bulan November – Desember 2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan cara total sampling dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilakukan dengan rumus chi-square dan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil Berdasarkan hasil analisis didapati adanya keluhan sujektif pendengaran (55,1%) dan hasil uji statistik menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p-value=0,012), penggunaan alat pelindung telinga (p-value=0,000), masa kerja (p-value =0,005), lama paparan (p-value =0,006) dan intensitas kebisingan (p-value =0,009) dengan keluhan subjektif pendengaran pada pekerja di bagian produksi perusahaan sawit PT.AMP Plantation tahun 2018. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, penggunaan alat pelindung telinga, masa kerja, lama paparan dan intensitas kebisingan dengan keluhan subjektif pendengaran dengan p-value < 0,05. Diharapkan kepada perusahaan untuk mengendalikan intensitas kebisingan mesin agar tidak melebihi ambang batas kebisingan. AMP Plantation indicated that noise was exposed to> 85 dB. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with auditory subjective complaints in workers in the production section of the oil palm company PT. AMP Plantation in 2018. Method This research used a cross sectional study method with a population of 98 workers in the production section. The time of research was between November - December 2018. The sampling technique used total sampling where the entire population is sampled. Collected data used of questionnaires, observation and interviews. Data processing and analysis used the chi-square formula and 95% confidence level. Results Based on the results of the analysis found the existence of auditory complaints (55.1%) and the results of statistical tests showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p-value = 0.012), use of ear protection devices (p-value = 0,000), working period (p-value = 0.005), exposure time (p-value = 0.006) and noise intensity (p-value = 0.009) with subjective hearing complaints for workers in the production section of the PT.AMP Plantation palm oil company in 2018. Conclusion There was a significant relationship between knowledge, use of ear protectors, years of service, length of exposure and noise intensity with auditory subjective complaints with p-value <0.05.
