Abstract

Plasenta previa adalah pplasenta yang berimplantasi pada segmen bawah rahim dan menutupi sebagian atau seluruh jalan lahir. Gejala yang timbul akibat plasenta previa yaitu perdarahan. Plasenta previa dapat menimbulkan kematian akibat terjadinya perdarahan, sehingga perlu ditatalaksana dengan cara operatif yakni seksio caesarea. Tujuan laporan ilmiah akhir ini adalah membahas asuhan keperawatan pada Ny.P (23 tahun) dengan P1A1H1 dengan Post Sectio Caesarea Atas Indikasi Plasenta Previa Totalis Nifas Hari Ke-2 dan Penerapan Teknik Relaksasi Aromaterapi Lavender di Ruang Kebidanan Lantai 2 RSUP. Dr. M.Djamil sebagai penerapan evidence based nursing practice dalam pelaksanaan intervensi keperawatan. Teknik relaksasi aromaterapi lavender berpengaruh terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri pada post sectio caesarea. Selain itu, terapi ini efisien dari segi biaya, non invasif, dan berpengaruh positif terhadap pengurangan nyeri akut pada pasien post sectio caesarea. Setelah dilakukan implementasi diperoleh hasil bahwa penerapan terapi teknik relaksasi aromaterapi lavender mampu mengurangi skala nyeri pada pasien post sectio caesarea. Laporan ini dapat menjadi masukan dalam pemberian asuhan keperawatan khususnya pada klien post sectio caesarea serta penerapan evidence based nursing practice di ruangan. Dr. M.Djamil Padang ABSTRACT Placenta previa is the pplasenta which implants in the lower segment of the uterus and covers part or all of the birth canal. Symptoms that arise due to placenta previa, namely bleeding. Placenta previa can cause death due to bleeding, so it needs to be managed in an operative manner, namely caesarean section. The purpose of this final scientific report is to discuss nursing care for Ny.P (23 years) with P1H1A1 with Post Sectio Caesarea for the 2nd Day Indication of Placenta Previa Totalis Nifas and Application of Lavender Aromatherapy Relaxation Technique in 2nd Floor Midwifery Room at Dr. M. Djamil as the application of evidence based nursing practice in the implementation of nursing interventions. Lavender aromatherapy relaxation techniques affect the decrease in pain intensity in the sectio caesarea post. In addition, this therapy is cost efficient, non-invasive, and has a positive effect on reducing acute pain in post sectio caesarea patients. After implementation, the results showed that the application of lavender aromatherapy relaxation technique therapy was able to reduce the scale of pain in post sectio caesarea patients. This report can be an input in the provision of nursing care especially for post sectio caesarea clients as well as the application of evidence based nursing practice in the room.
