Abstract
ABSTRAK PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZHENSHIP BEHAVIOUR DENGAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI Tesis oleh : Fuji Fasisca Efitria Pembimbing : Dr. Rahmi Fahmy, SE, MBA Abstrak : Organisasi seperti lembaga statistik berada di bawah tekanan yang konstan dari kebutuhan untuk bersaing, bukan hanya kebutuhan untuk menanggapi cepat perubahan akan kebutuhan data dan informasi. Organisasi seperti lembaga statistik juga harus menginspirasi karyawan untuk melakukan yang terbaik dan mendorong karyawan untuk memenuhi kinerja dengan memunculkan prilaku OCB. Studi ini meneliti tentang bagaimana karyawan organisasi dapat mempengaruhi mereka dalam berprilaku kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi dan OCB. Sebanyak 186 karyawan sebuah organisasi pemerintah berpartisipasi dalam penelitian. Data dianalisis melalui statistik deskriftif, analisis faktor konfirmatori dan pemodelan persamaan struktural. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi secara positif. kepemimpinan transformasional, budaya organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi mempengaruhi OCB secara positif. Komitmen organisasi tidak bertindak sebagai mediator antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan OCB. Komitmen organisasi bertindak sebagai mediator parsial antara budaya organisasi dengan OCB. Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasi Organizational Citizhenship Behaviour ABSTRACT THE EFFECT OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZHENSHIP BEHAVIOUR WITH ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENTS AS MEDIATION VARIABLES Thesis by : Fuji Fasisca Efitria Supervisor : Dr. Rahmi Fahmy, SE, MBA Abstract : Organizations such as statistical institutions are under constant pressure from the need to compete, not just the need to respond quickly to changes in data and information needs. Organizations such as statistical institutions must also inspire employees to do their best and encourage employees to fulfill their performance by giving rise to OCB behavior. This study examines how organizational employees can influence them in their transformational leadership behaviors, organizational culture, organizational commitment and OCB. Total of 186 employees of a government organization participated in the study. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture influence organizational commitment positively. Transformational leadership, organizational culture, and organizational commitment positively influence OCB. Organizational commitment does not act as a mediator between transformational leadership and OCB. Organizational commitment acts as a partial mediator between organizational culture and OCB.
