Abstract
Prevalensi stres kerja pada tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat bervariasi pada setiap negara di dunia. Beban kerja yang berlebihan sangat mempengaruhi tingkat stres kerja pada tenaga kesehatan khususnya perawat. Stres kerja yang tinggi dapat menurunkan kreativitas dan kinerja, tidak mampu mengambil keputusan, dan menurunnya kualitas bekerja. Penelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja terhadap stres kerja perawat di ruang instalasi rawat inap penyakit dalam non bedah RSUP M.Djamil Padang tahun 2018. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan crossectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bekerja di ruang instalasi rawat inap penyakit dalam non bedah RSUP M.Djamil Padang sebanyak 71 orang. Tehnik sampling pada penelitian ini adalah proposional random sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama bulan Juli 2018. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuesioner untuk melihat seberapa besar tingkat stres dan beban kerja perawat di ruang instalasi rawat inap penyakit dalam non bedah RSUP M.Djamil Padang menggunakan uji Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perawat memiliki stres kerja berat 43,7% dan beban kerja berat 52,2%. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara beban keja dan stres kerja (p=0,00). Disarankan pada pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan pengelolaan waktu kerja dan redesain pekerjaan, meningkatkan model struktur dan pelimpahan wewenang dalam pembagian tugas keperawatan dan menganalisis beban kerja sesuai dengan kebutuhan setiap ruangan serta program kesejahteraan. Excessive workload greatly influences work stress levels on health workers, especially nurses. High work stress can reduce creativity and performance, be unable to make decisions, and decrease quality of work. This study aims to determine the relationship of workload to work stress of nurses in the installation room of non-surgical internal medicine in RSUP M.Djamil Padang 2018. This research is a quantitative research with cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were nurses who work in the non-surgical internal medicine inpatient installation room at the RSUP M.Djamil Padang as many as 71 people. The sampling technique in this study is proportional random sampling. The study was conducted during July 2018. Data collection was carried out by filling out a questionnaire to see how much stress and workload of nurses in the non-surgical internal medicine inpatient care room at RSUP M.Djamil Padang used the Chi Square test. The results showed that nurses had severe work stress 43.7% and heavy workload 52.2%. The results also showed a significant relationship between workload and work stress (p = 0.00). It is recommended to the hospital management to improve management of work time and redesign of work, improving the structure model and delegation of authority in the division of nursing tasks and analyzing workload according to the needs of each room and welfare program.
