Abstract

FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS Skripsi, 30 Juli 2018 NASIRATUL DINIYAH, No. BP. 1611226003 HUBUNGAN KONSUMSI SAYUR, BUAH DAN ASUPAN ASAM LEMAK JENUH DENGAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA LANSIA DI KOTA PADANG TAHUN 2018 xi + 63 halaman, 10 tabel, 7 gambar, 9 lampiran ABSTRAK Tujuan Hipertensi merupakan penyakit terbanyak yang diderita lansia. Hipertensi dikenal sebagai Silent Killer yang merupakan faktor risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Kurang konsumsi sayur, buah, dan tinggi asupan asam lemak jenuh merupakan salah satu faktor risiko hipertensi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan konsumsi sayur, buah dan asupan asam lemak jenuh dengan tekanan darah pada lansia di kota padang tahun 2018. Metode Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian case control tanpa matching yang dilakukan dari bulan April-Juli 2018. Tempat penelitian di Puskesmas Bungus dan Puskesmas Padang Pasir. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 146 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji T-test-Independent untuk data berdistribusi normal dan uji Mann Whitney untuk data berdistribusi tidak normal. Hasil Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan ada perbedaan rata-rata konsumsi sayur (0,000) dan buah (0,000) antara kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol. Sedangkan Asupan asam lemak jenuh tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata asupan (0,362) antara kelompok kasus dan kelompok kontrol. Kesimpulan Terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna dan signifikan antara konsumsi sayur dan buah dengan tekanan darah pada lansia. Diharapkan poli gizi di puskesmas dapat memberikan program penyuluhan dan konsultasi gizi kepada lansia terkait sayuran dan buah-buahan yang baik bagi pencegahan dan penanggulangan hipertensi. Hypertension is known as Silent Killer which is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. The lack of consumption of vegetables, fruits, and high intake of saturated fatty acids is one of the risk factors of hypertension. The purpose of this study was to determine differences in the consumption of vegetables, fruits and intake of saturated fatty acids with blood pressure in the elderly in Padang city in 2018. Method of the Research The type of research used is case-control study not with matching conducted from April to July 2018. Place of research at Puskesmas Bungus and Puskesmas Padang Pasir. The number of respondents in this study was 146 people. The technique of sampling with consecutive sampling technique. Bivariate analysis using T-test-Independent for normally distributed data and Mann Whitney test for abnormally distributed data. Result of the Research Based on the result of a statistical test, there is a difference of vegetable consumption (0.000) and fruit (0.000) between the case group and control group. While the intake of saturated fatty acids there was no difference in average intake (0.362) between case groups and controls. Conclusion There was a significant and difference between consumption of vegetables and fruits with blood pressure in the elderly. It is expected that nutrition at the puskesmas can provide nutrition counseling and consultation program to elderly related vegetables and fruits that are good for prevention and prevention of hypertension.
