Abstract
The research has the purpose to find the relationship of workplace spirituality, trust and perceived risk towards knowledge sharing behavior on the coordination of private higher education region x. The data obtained troughs questionnaire, and the sample was drawn from 78 of staff with status as a civil servant in Kopertis X. The data analyzed by using SPSS 16 and SmartPLS 3.0. In this research there are four variables, those are the independent variable which is workplace spirituality and trust, mediating variable which is perceived risk and the dependent variable which is knowledge sharing behavior. The finding indicated that workplace spirituality negative significantly effect knowledge sharing behavior, there is no significant effect between trust and knowledge sharing behavior, and perceived risk did not mediated the relationship between trust and knowledge sharing behavior.
