Abstract

This research has the purpose to find out the moderating role of Entrepreneurial Traits on the relationship between student's academic performance and entrepreneurial orientation of university's students. The data was obtained through questionnaire and sample were drawn from 150 students of Andalas University. The data analyzed using SPSS 22. In this research, there is the independent variable, namely student's academic performance, one moderating variable is entrepreneurial traits and the dependent variable is entrepreneurial orientation. The finding has indicated that there is positively and significantly affect between entrepreneurial trauts moderate relation between student's academic performance and entrepreneurial orientation in student Andalas University Keywords: Entrepreneurial Orientation, Entrepreneurial Traits, Student's Academic Performance
