Abstract
This research to analyze the factors that influence the long-term job search for the educated workers in Sumatera Barat from education, age, income, and employment status using logistic regression model. Use secondary data sourced from SUSENAS data in 2015. The results showed that education, age, income, and employment status significantly influence the long-term job seekers in Sumatera Barat. Educational and income variables have positive effect on long-term employment for educated workers in Sumatera Barat, while the variable age and employment status negative effect the long-term employment for educated workers in Sumatera Barat.
