Abstract

Skizofrenia sebagai gangguan jiwa menahun membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk penyembuhan. Untuk penyembuhannya diperlukan terapi psiko farmaka (antipsikotik), psikoterapi, terapi psikososial dan terapi psikoreligius. ODS bisa pulih dan kembali hidup dimasyakat secara produktif baik secara ekonomis maupun secara sosial dengan kepatuhan pengobatan, dukungan sosial Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis faktor faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan minum obat ODS di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Sarik Kabupaten Padang Pariaman tahun 2017. Desain penelitian ini deskriptif korelasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik total sampling yaitu sebanyak 48 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan faktor individu meliputi umur (p=0.013), tingkat pendidikan (p=0.010), status ekonomi (p=0.025) dan status perkawinan (p=0.006) dengan kepatuhan minum obat. Ada hubungan fator efek saping obat (p=0,001) dengan kepatuhan minum obat . Ada hubungan dukungan keluarga (p=0.010) dan dukungan petugas (p=0.040) dengan kepatuhan klien minum obat. Tidak ada hubungan faktor individu (jenis kelamin, p=0.260) dengan kepatuhan klien minum obat ODS di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sungai Sarik Kabupaten Padang Pariaman Tahun 2017. Faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi terhadap kepatuhan klien minum obat adalah faktor efek samping obat ( OR = 37.324). Disarankan kepada petugas kesehatan agar dapat meningkkan pendidikan kepada ODS dan keluarga , mengevaluasi kepatuhan minum obat dan efek saping obat pada ODS dan kerja sama dengan perawat spesialis untuk memberikan terapi Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) pada ODS. Psycho therapy required to cure farmaka (antipsychotic), psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy and therapy psikoreligious. ODS can be cured and returned to live productive people, economically and socially with treatment adherence, social support research aimed to find out the analysis of factors related to medication adherence in ODS in Health center called “Puskesmas” Sungai Sarik Padang Pariaman district in 2017. The study design was descriptive correlation. Sampling was done by total sampling as many as 48 people. The instrument that was used was a questionnaire. The results showed that there is a relationship of individual factors such as age (p = 0.013), education level (p = 0.010), economic status (p = 0.025) and marital status (p = 0.006) with medication adherence, There was a correlation of drug side effect factors (p = 0.001) with medication adherence . There is a relationship of family support (p = 0.010) and the role of the officer (p = 0.040) with the client taking medication adherence. There is no relationship of Drug side effects (p=0,482 individual factors (gender, p = 0.260) with the client taking medication adherence of ODS in Sungai SarikPuskesmas Padang Pariaman Regency Year 2017. The dominant factors that influence the compliance of clients taking medication are side effects of drugs (OR = 37.324).
