Abstract

Hasrat seksual sebagai awal kondisi kenikmatan seksual (sexual excitement) dan aktivitas seksual, hasrat seksual terjadi dipikiran bukan dalam tubuh dan bahkan dapat terjadi kenikmatan seksual tanpa di dahului stimulasi secara fisik atau mental. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan persepsi hasrat seksual lansia di Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi deskriptif dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semiterstruktur dengan 3 orang partisipan yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan metode Colaizzi. Hasil penelitian memunculkan 3 tema, yaitu hasrat seksual menurun, pemenuhan seksualitas sebagai peran sosial, pandangan lansia terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan seksual. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menyarankan bagi pelayanan kesehatan agar hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai pertimbangan untuk lebih meningkatkan dalam upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan seksual pada lansia dengan menyediakan pelayanan yang memanfaatkan kuesioner singkat (Desire Screener) yang telah di validasi untuk menilai masalah hasrat seksual dan juga termasuk peningkatan seksual. The purpose of this study was to describe the perception sexual desire of elderly in Puskesmas Andalas Kota Padang. The type of this research is qualitative with descriptive phenomenology approach and completion of data through semi-structured interview with 3 participants who taken by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Colaizzi method. The results of the study led to 3 themes, namely decreased sexual desire, the fulfillment of sexuality as a social role, the elderly view of the fulfillment of sexual needs. Therefore this research to make health so that the result of this research can be used as a means to further improve in effort fulfillment of sexual requirement at elderly by providing service that utilize questionnaire short (Desire Screener) that have been validated to assess problem of sexual desire and also include Improvement Sexual.
