Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan Penelitian Posyandu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanah Garam berjumlah 25 Posyandu,dengan jumlah kader sebanyak 108 orang. Pecapaian D/S di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanah Garam pada tahun 2015 yaitu 65% dan pada tahun 2016 hanya 45%, sehingga terjadi penurunan 20%. Hal ini disebabkan karena terdapat kader yang kurang aktif dalam pelaksanaan Posyandu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan keaktifan kader Posyandu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanah Garam Kecamatan Lubuk Sikarah Kota Solok Tahun 2017. Metode Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi yaitu kader yang berjumlah 108 responden dengan sampel 55 responden, pengambilan sampel dengan Proportionate Random Sampling, menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Analisis data dengan uji chi squera dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil Hasil analisis univariat didapatkan lebih dari separoh responden (50,9%) aktif, (60%) berada pada kategori umur tua, (61,8%) memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang tinggi, (58,2%) memiliki masa kerja yang lama, (63,6%) memiliki tingkat motivasi yang tinggi, (50,9%) memiliki persepsi imbalan yang kurang baik, dan (63,6%) memiliki persepsi peran kelompok PKK yang kurang baik. Hasil analisis bivariat diketahui adanya hubungan tingkat pengetahuan (p=0,001), tingkat motivasi (p=0,039), dan imbalan (p=0,010) dengan keaktifan kader Posyandu. Namun tidak ada hubungan antara umur (p=0,349), masa kerja (p=0,079), dan peran kelompok PKK (P=0,460) dengan keaktifan kader Posyandu. Kesimpulan Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara variabel tingkat pengetahuan, tingkat motivasi dan imbalan dengan keaktifan kader Posyandu. Petugas Puskesmas Tanah Garam diharapkan agar memberikan pelatihan kepada kader Posyandu minimal 3 bulan sekali dan secara berkesinambungan untuk lebih meningkatkan keaktifan kader Posyandu. Kelompok PKK Kecamatan Lubuk Sikarah dituntut untuk lebih aktif dalam membina kader-kader Posyandu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tanah Garam. The achievement of D/S in the working area of Tanah Garam health center in 2015 is 65% and in 2016 only 45%, resulting in a 20% decline. This is because there are less active cadres in the implementation of Posyandu. This study aims to see the factors related the activeness of Posyandu cadre in tanah garam health center area sub district of Lubuk Sikarah Solok city in 2017. Method Type of quantitative research with cross sectional design. Were chosen as the study population with 108 cadres and the sample consist 55 employee with the sampling technique was Proportionate random Sampling using a questionnaire. Data analyzed using chi-squara test, its using univariat dan bivariate with degrees in 95%. Result The result of univariate analysis showed that more than half of respondents (50,9%) had good activity,(60%) were in old age category, (61,8%) have high knowledge level, (58,2%) have a long work period, (63,6%) have high motivation, (50,9%) have poor perception of reward, and (63,6%) have perception of PKK group role is not good. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there was a correlation between knowledge level (p = 0,001), motivation level (p = 0,039), and reward (p = 0,010) with activation of Posyandu cadre. However, there was no correlation between age (p = 0,349), work period (p = 0,079), and PKK group role (P = 0,460) with activation of Posyandu cadre Conclusion There is a significant relationship between the variables of knowledge level, the level of motivation and reward with the activeness of Posyandu cadres. Tanah Garam health center officers are expected to provide training to Posyandu cadres at least 3 months and continuously to further enhance the activeness of Posyandu cadres. The PKK group of Lubuk Sikarah is required to be more active in developing Posyandu cadres in the working area of Tanah Garam Public Health Center.
