Abstract
The quality of health services is important and a concern at all levels of health services globally. The problem of service quality at the Talu Health Center is still a challenge that needs to be improved. The problem with the quality of health services today is the inability of the Puskesmas to continuously improve quality after accreditation. Services quality in health centers after accreditation should continue to be improved to maintain the quality of their health services. The Talu Health Center is the only main accredited Health Center in West Pasaman Regency, The Talu Health Center is required to be a role model for other Health Centers in West Pasaman Regency, so it is necessary to analyze the quality of health services. The purpose of this study was to find an in-depth description of the quality of health services at the Talu Health Center in West Pasaman Regency in 2023. This research method is a mixed method, with a sequential explanatory design model. The results of the study show that there are still differences between service performance and expectations in health services. The performance of health services at the Talu Health Center is lower than the performance or expectations of these services. There are various causes of problems in the quality system both in structure, process, and outcome. It is hoped that the Health Centers can improve the quality of health services through the PDCA and PDSA cycle to achieve continuous quality improvement.
