Abstract

This study investigates and identifies turnover intention at PT. Asal Seiya Sekata and can also increase further understanding of work environment and job satisfaction that occur within a particular company. In this case, souvenir shop or small medium enterprise. The raw data is gathered from distributing online questionnaire that was filled by 43 employees of PT. Asal Seiya Sekata. This study utilizes total sampling and is analyzed by utilizing SmartPLS 3. The data that is gathered from employees were processed by utilizing Microsoft Excel to compile respondents' response. The result of this study shows that work environment and job satisfaction has a negatice effect on turnover intention. The difference only by work environment has a not significant effect towards turnover intention at PT. Asal Seiya Sekata.
