Abstract

FAKULTAS KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS JANUARI 2023 Nama : Salmaini No. BP 2111316027 KORELASI DUKUNGAN KELUARGA DENGAN RESILIENSI PASIENKANKER PAYUDARA DI POLIKLINIK BEDAH INSTALASI RAWATJALAN RSUP DR. M. DJAMIL PADANG ABSTRAK Prevalensi kanker payudara mengalami peningkatan yang berdampak terhadap resiliensi pasien dalam perawatannya. Secara teori resiliensi pasien ini dapat ditingkatkan melalui dukungan keluarga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi dukungan keluarga dengan resiliensi keluarga pada pasien kanker payudara di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dilakukan di di poliklinik rawat jalan RSUP Dr. M.Djamil Padang dari bulan Oktober tahun 2022 sampai Februari 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling sebanyak 40 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan rata-rata resiliensi adalah 58,97 atau berada pada kategori sedang dan rata-rata dukungan keluarga adalah 61,77 atau berada pada kategori sedang . Secara statistic diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan resiliensi pasien kanker payudara di poliklinik rawat jalan RSUP Dr. M.Djamil Padang dengan arah hubungan sangat kuat dan berpola positif. Disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi dukungan keluarga yang diterima pasien maka semakin tinggi pula resiliensi yang dimiliki pasien kanker payudara. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan agar dapat membuat program intervensi berbasis keluarga dalam meningkatkan resiliensi. M. DJAMIL PADANG ABSTRACT The prevalence of breast cancer has increased which has an impact on the resilience of patients in their treatment. In theory, the resilience of these patients can beincreased through family support. This study aims to determine the correlation between family support and family resilience in breast cancer patients at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. This research was conducted at the outpatient polyclinic of RSUP Dr. M.Djamil Padang from October 2022 to February 2023. This study uses a designcross sectional by sampling techniquetotal sampling as many as 40 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the average resilience is 58.97 or is in the medium category and the average family support is 61.77 or is in the medium category. Statistically, it is known that there is a relationship between family support and the resilience of breast cancer patients in the outpatient polyclinic of RSUP Dr. M.Djamil Padang with a very strong relationship direction and a positive pattern. It was concluded that the higher the family support received by the patient, the higher the resilience possessed by breast cancer patients.
