Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengkaji pengaruh langsung perceived suspectability, perceived severity, outcome expectation, cues to action dan self efficacy terhadap attitude toward healthy food dan switching intention serta terhadap switching behavior. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 405 masyarakat Indonesia yang berusia 17 tahun ke atas yang pernah dan mengetahui berita mengenai kelangkaan minyak goreng di Indonesia. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu non-probability dengan metode purposive sampling. Pengelolaan data penelitian dilakukan dengan software microsoft excel dan SmartPLS 3.3.9.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel perceived severity, cues to action dan self efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap attitude toward healthy food, sedangkan variabel perceived suspectability dan outcome expectation berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap variabel attitude toward healthy food, variabel attitude toward healthy food berpengaruh signifikan terhadap switching intention dan variabel switching intention berpengaruh signifikan terhadap switching behavior.
