Abstract

Wanita yang bekerja seringkali mengalami stres atau masalah yang berhubungan dengan faktor psikologis dalam dirinya. Diantaranya mereka merasa bersalah telah meninggalkan keluarganya untuk bekerja, tertekan karena keterbatasan waktu dan beban pekerjaan terlalu banyak, serta situasi pekerjaan yang kurang menyenangkan dan salah satunya disebabkan oleh konflik peran ganda. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Konflik Peran Ganda Dengan Stres Kerja Pada Perawat Wanita. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Penelitian dilakukan di Ruang Bedah dan Ruang Penyakit Dalam RSUD dr. Rasidin Padang. Populasi berjumlah 35 jumlah sampel penelitian 35 orang yang diambil secara total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata konflik peran ganda adalah 70 dan nilai rata-rata stres kerja adalah 77 dengan p value 0,000. Terdapat hubungan bermakna antara peran ganda dengan stres kerja. Nilai kolerasi sebesar 0,581. Artinya ada hubungan peran ganda dengan stres kerja dengan kekuatan sedang (0,4 – 0,6). Nilai r juga menunjukkan arah positif, artinya semakin tinggi konflik peran ganda maka semakin tinggi derajat stres kerja. Perawat wanita harus mampu memanajemen waktu dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai pekerja maupun sebagai ibu rumah tangga, serta selalu mengkomunikasikan kondisi yang dialami dengan pihak keluarga (suami) maupun rumah sakit tempat bekerja (rekan dan pimpinan). Such as felt guilty about leaving their family for work, stressed because of time constraints and workload too much, as well as the situation of the unpleasant job and one of them caused by the conflict of the dual role. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship Dual Role Conflict With Work Stress On Women Nurses. This type of research quantitative correlation methode. The study was conducted in Surgery Room and Space Medicine Hospital Dr. Rasidin Padang. The population amounts to 35 the number of sample 35 people taken by total sampling. The results showed the average value of dual role conflict is 69 and the average value was 77 working stress with p value 0.000. There is a significant relationship between the dual roles with job stress. Correlation value of 0.581. This means that there is a connection with the dual role of job stress with moderate strength (0.4 to 0.6). Value r also showed a positive direction, meaning that the higher the dual role conflict, the higher the degree of job stress. Nurses should be able to manage and train running time their role as a worker and as a housewife and always communicate the conditions experienced by the family (husband) or the hospital where the work (colleagues and leaders).
