Abstract
Pelayanan keperawatan keluarga merupakan salah satu tugas pokok perawat di Puskesmas. Namun peran dan fungsi perawat belum optimal dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Dapat dilihat dari cakupan pelayanan keperawatan keluarga di Kota solok baru terlaksana 51,45% sementara target adalah 80%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan keperawatan keluarga di Kota Solok Tahun 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik dengan desain penelitian cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh perawat yang bertugas di Puskesmas sebanyak 61 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling yaitu sebanyak 53 orang. Instrument yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Hasil uji statistik bivariat chi-square menunjukkan bahwa faktor individu (umur, pendidikan, lama kerja dan pengetahuan) tidak memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan kinerja perawat (p value > 0,05), faktor organisasi (sumber daya dan sistem kompensasi) tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna dengan kinerja perawat (p value > 0,05) dan ada hubungan yang bermakna antara supervisi (p value = 0,000) dan kepemimpinan (p value = 0,027) dengan kinerja perawat dan faktor psikologi yaitu motivasi ada hubungan yang bermakna dengan kinerja perawat (p value = 0,000). Hasil uji multivariat menunjukkan variabel motivasi merupakan faktor dominan yang berhubungan kinerja perawat. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota memberikan insentif yang memadai dan mengeluarkan reward dan punishment. But the role and fuction is not maximum. Nursing Family Services implemented only 51,45 % in Solok City it’s target about 80 %. The purpose of this study was to investigate factors related to the performance of nurses in the implementation of Nursing Family Services in Solok City at 2016. This study uses the analytical design is cross sectional. Populations in this study was the nurse executive in charge of health centers which is 61 people. The sample to Simple Random Sampling techniques which is 53 people. Instrument used is the questionnaire. Test results of the bivariate chi-square statistic showed individual factors (age, working, education and knowledge) that there was not a significant association with with the performance of nurses (p value > 0.05), organization factors (resources and compensation system) that there was not a significant association with with the performance of nurses (p value > 0.05), there was a significant association between supervision (p value = 0.000), leadership (p value = 0.012) with the performance of nurses and psychology factors (motivation) there was a significant association with the performance of nurses (p value = 0.025). The results of multivariate tests showed variable motivation is the dominant factor affecting the performance of nurses. The results of this study recommend to the City Health Department Solok to give insentive with enough or reward and punishment.
