Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian Jumlah peserta Non PBI di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lima Kaum I sebesar 16.457 jiwa. Peserta yang memilih Puskesmas sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatannya sebesar 6.222 jiwa dan memilih klinik swasta sebesar 10.235 jiwa, hal ini disebabkan oleh pekerja bukan penerima upah (Non PBI) lebih memilih klinik sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan FKTP pada peserta Non PBI di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lima Kaum I Kabupaten Tanah Datar Tahun 2016. Metode Metode penelitian ini metode kuantitatif dengan desain Cross Sectional Study. Populasi seluruh rumah tangga yang berjumlah 5.701 dengan total sampel 104 KK yang tergolong peserta non PBI.Teknik pengambilan sampel Propotionate Stratified Sampling. Data diolah dengan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik chi-square. Hasil Hasil penelitian diperoleh 37,8% peserta Non PBI yang memilih Puskesmas dan 62,2% yang memilih klinik sebagai tempat pelayanan kesehatannya, 55,8% memiliki pengetahuan tinggi, 90,4% memiliki pendidikan tinggi, 51,0% berumur tua ( > 49 tahun), 51,9% berjenis kelamin laki-laki,. Variabel yang memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan pemilihan FKTP adalah tingkat pengetahuan (p value = 0,011), sikap peserta (p value = 0,014), dan keramahan petugas (p value = 0,0001). Variabel yang tidak berhubungan adalah tingkat pendidikan dan ketersediaan fasilitas di Puskesmas. Kesimpulan Pengetahuan, sikap peserta dan perilaku petugas kesehatan memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan pemilihan FKTP di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Lima Kaum I Kabupaten Tanah Datar. Disarankan kepada BPJS Kesehatan untuk memberikan informasi secara lebih jelas tentang hak-hak dan kewajiban yang dimiliki oleh setiap peserta Non PBI agar pelayanan kesehatan peserta dapat lebih terjamin. This study aims to identify factors associated with the selection of participants Non PBI FKTP in Puskesmas Lima Kaum I Tanah Datar 2016. Method This research is quantitative method by using cross sectional design study. The population is all households with a total of 5.701 households with a total sample of 104 of households. The sample are done by using Propotionate Stratified Sampling. Data was analysed with univariate and bivariate analysis by using statistic chi-square. Result The results were obtained 37.8% Non PBI participants who choose health center and 62.2% who chose the clinic as a place of their own health service, 55.8% have a high knowledge, 90.4% had higher education, 51.0% old age (> 49 years), 51.9% were male,. Variables that have a significant association with FKTP selection is the level of knowledge (p value = 0.011), the attitude of the participants (p value = 0.014), and the friendliness of the clerk (p value = 0.0001). The variables which unrelated is the level of education and the availability of facilities at the health center. Conclusion Knowledge, attitude and behavioral health officer have a significant association with FKTP elections in Puskesmas Lima Kaum I Tanah Datar. Suggested to BPJS Health to provide more clear information about the rights and obligations owned by each participant Non PBI so that health services can be more assured participants.
