Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi Continuous Intention Mobile Payment menggunakan model Extending Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini continuous intention. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, habit, price saving orientation, dan perceived trust. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh aparat sipil negara aktif di Kota Payakumbuh. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling dengan 200 responden. Pengelolaan penelitian dilakukan dengan IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa variabel effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, habit, dan price saving orientation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap continuous intention. Sedangkan variabel performance expectancy, hedonic motivation, dan perceived trust tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap continuous intention.
