Abstract

FAKULTAS KEPERAWATAN UNIVERSITAS ANDALAS April 2022 Nama : Rada Putri Agusti No.Bp : 2011316049 Hubungan Beban Keluarga dengan Resiliensi Keluarga Orang Dengan Skizofrenia di Poliklinik Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof. HB. Saanin Padang Tahun 2021 ABSTRAK Keluarga memiliki peran penting dalam proses perawatan ODS. Resiliensi keluarga dipenggaruhi oleh beberapa faktor risiko salah satunya beban. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menggetahui hubungan beban keluarga dengan resiliensi keluarga orang dengan skizofrenia di Poliklinik Rumah Sakit Jiwa Prof. HB. Saanin Padang Tahun 2021. Metode penelitian studi kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi uji Pearson product moment. Teknik sampel diambil menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling yaitu sesuai kriteria inklusi yang telah ditetapkan. Jumlah sampel 180 responden. Alat yang digunakan yaitu kesioner FRAS dan ZBI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara beban keluarga dengan resiliensi keluarga ODS, kekuatan hubungan bernilai lemah dengan arah korelasi negatif (p=0,001 dan r=-0,344). Kemudian 11% dari resiliensi keluarga dipenggaruhi oleh beban keluarga pada ODS. Terdapat hubungan signifikan antara antara beban keluarga dengan resiliesi keluarga, kekuatan hubungan lemah dengan arah korelasi negatif. Resiliensi dapat menurunkan beban yang dirasakan oleh keluarga. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh keluarga untuk meningkatkan resiliensi dengan cara menekan stress melalui beberapa hal yaitu menahan tekanan serta menggatur sumber daya sosial yang dimiliki, memandang masalah secara positif, saling mendukung didalam keluarga dan selalu memiliki keyakinan spiritual yang baik. Family resilience is influenced by several risk factors, one of which is burden. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between family burden and family resilience of people with schizophrenia at the Prof. Mental Hospital Polyclinic. HB. Saanin Padang in 2021. The research method is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach, data analysis using the Pearson product moment correlation test technique. The sample technique was taken using a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, namely according to the inclusion criteria that have been set. The number of samples is 180 respondents. The tools used are FRAS and ZBI questionnaires. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between family burden and resilience of the ODS family, the strength of the relationship was weak with a negative correlation direction (p=0.001 and r=-0.344). Then 11% of family resilience is influenced by family burden on ODS. There is a significant relationship between family burden and family resilience, the strength of the relationship is weak with a negative correlation direction. Resilience can reduce the burden felt by the family. Efforts can be made by families to increase resilience by suppressing stress through several things, namely holding pressure and managing social resources, looking at problems positively, supporting each other in the family and always having good spiritual beliefs.
