Abstract
Penelitianinibertujuanuntukmengujidanmemberikanbukti DARI faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhiService QualityterhadapWord Of Mouth & Revisit Intention. Jumlahsampelsebanyak150respondenmelaluiteknikpurposive sampling.Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan metode SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) denganpendekatan PLS (Partial Least Square)dan diuji melalui aplikasi SmartPLS3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa factor Hipotesis 1 di mensi Servequal dari Service Quality berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Word Of Muth,Hipotesis 2 dimana Service Quality Terhadap Revisit Intention berpengaruh Signifikan, dan Word Of Mouth Berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention. Kata Kunci :Service Quality, Word Of Mouth, Revisit Intention.
