Abstract

ABSTRAK HUBUNGAN PEMERIKSAAN PAYUDARA SENDIRI (SADARI) DENGAN STADIUM KANKER PAYUDARA DI RSUP DR. M. DJAMIL PADANG TAHUN 2020 Erin Desweni Kanker payudara menjadi masalah kesehatan utama baik di dunia maupun di Indonesia. Berdasarkan laporan WHO (Word Health Organitation) insiden kanker meningkat, pada tahun 2017 sebnayak 52,4% dan pada tahun 2018 menjadi 58.256 kasus atau 16,7% dari total 348.809 kasus kanker. Pencegahan kanker payudara dapat dilakukan dengan metode “Pemeriksaan Payudara Sendiri” (SADARI). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui hubungan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) dengan stadium kanker payudara di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang Tahun 2020. Penelitian ini merupakan metode campuran (mixed method) dengan metode Squantial Explanatory Design. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh pasien yang terkena kanker payudara di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 110 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Consecutive Sampling. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan data kualitatif menggunakan wawancara. Dari hasil uji statistik didapatkan paling banyak responden tidak baik dalam melakukan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) sebanyak 64 (58,2%) dan responden yang baik dalam melakukan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) sebanyak 46 (41,6%). Pada stadium kanker payudara, paling banyak didapatkan pada stadium 3 yaitu 67 (63,9%), selanjutnya stadium 2 yaitu 30 (27,3%) dan yang paling sedikit pada stadium 2 yaitu 30 (27,3%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) dengan stadium kanker payudara (p=0,020) dimana (p value ≤0,05). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) dengan stadium kanker payudara. Kata Kunci : periksa payudara sendiri (SADARI), Stadium Kanker Payudara. Breast cancer prevention can be done by:the “Breast Self-Examination” (BSE) method. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between breast self-examination (BSE) and the stage of breast cancer at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang year 2020. This research is a mixed method with the Squantial Explanatory Design method. The study population was all patients with breast cancer at RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. The sample in this study were 110 respondents. The sampling technique used was Consecutive Sampling. Quantitative data were obtained through questionnaires and qualitative data using interviews. From the results of statistical tests, it was found that the most respondents were not good at doing breast self-examination (BSE) as many as 64 (58.2%) and respondents who were good at doing breast self-examination (BSE) as many as 46 (41.6%). At the stage of breast cancer, the most found at stage 3 is 67 (63.9%), then stage 2 is 30 (27.3%) and the least is at stage 2 is 30 (27.3%). The results showed that there was a relationship between breast self-examination (BSE) and the stage of breast cancer (p=0.020) where (p value 0.05).
