Abstract

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien, pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap kepercayaan pasien dan melihat pengaruh kepuasan pasien terhadap loyalitas pasien terhadap pasien rawat inap.
