Abstract

This study aims to determine empirically the effect of financial ratio (liquidity, leverage, capitalization), age of the company, firm size, and intellectual capital of the firm value. The object of this study is the manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, with a study period is 2009-2012 years. The method of analysis used in this study is a quantitative method with the statistical analysis of linear regression analysis. Results of the study showed partial financial ratio measured from the ratio of liquidity is not a positive influence on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2009-2012 with a significance level of 0.735 or greater than 0.05. Leverage is not a positive influence on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2009-2012 with a significance level of 0.866 or greater than 0.05 and capitalization also no positive effect on the value of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2009-2012 with a significance level of 0.839 or greater than 0.05. Age of the company, firm size and intellectual capital positively significant effect on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2009-2012. Results of simultaneous hypothesis testing liquidity, leverage, capitalization, age of company, firm size and intellectual capital positively significant effect on the value of companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) with a significance level of 0.000 or less than 0.05.
