Abstract

This research investigates the influence of performance appraisal and reward toward job satisfaction of employees, case in PT. Nusantara Beta Farma Padang. There are 53 employee of PT. Nusantara Beta Farma Padang participated as respondents on this research. To measure the relationships between variables, used SPSS 19 as statistical tool. The findings indicate that performance appraisal and reward have a positive and significant effect to job satisfaction of employees. Keywords: performance appraisal, reward, job satisfaction
