Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of Financial Literacy on Interest in Investing in Islamic Capital Markets in Undergraduate Students, Accounting Department, Andalas University. The independent variable in this study is Financial Literacy. While the dependent variable in this study is interest in investing. The method used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis method. The dependent variable in this study is Financial Literacy (X) and the independent variable is Investment Interest (Y). The sample in this study was selected using the convenience sampling method. The results of this study indicate that Financial Literacy has a significant influence on interest in investing in the Islamic Capital Market. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Interest in Investing, Capital Markets, Student of Accounting Department ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Literasi Keuangan Terhadap Minat Berinvestasi di Pasar Modal Syariah pada Mahasiswa Strata I Jurusan Akuntansi Universitas Andalas. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah Literasi Keuangan. Sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah Minat Berinvestasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana. Adapun variabel dependen pada penelitian ini yaitu Literasi Keuangan (X) dan variabel independen yaitu Minat Berinvestasi (Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini dipilih menggunakan metode convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Literasi Keuangan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi di Pasar Modal Syariah.
