Abstract

This research aims to determine influence of online learning on learning motivation and stress for senior high school students during pandemic situation. The design of this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The total of population of this research is 901 students. The numbers of samples are 169 students of SMAN 1 Pariaman. Based on the result of data analysis, it reveals that online learning negatively effect on the learning motivation for the senior high school students in the pandemic situation. But in the other side, online learning positively effect on the stress for the senior high school students in the pandemic situation. Through this result, for the future researcher can use as a reference that can be developed as well as adding other variables with techniques or deep approaches to make it worthwhile.
