Abstract

ABSTRACT This study examines the effect of on assets growth, liquidity, and investment opportunity set of non financial companies on dividen policy of non financial companies. Secondary data collected from the annual reports of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The results of this study indicate that asset growth and liquidity have no effect on dividen policy, investment opportunity set and profitability have positive and significant effect to dividen policy of non financial companies. Keywords: asset growth, liquidity, investmen opportunity set, dividen policy ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pertumbuhan aset, likuiditas, dan investment opportunity set terhadap kebijakan dividen. Data sekunder yang dikumpulkan dari laporan tahunan perusahaan non keuangan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan aset dan likuiditas tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen, investment opportunity set dan profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan non keuangan Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan Aset, Likuiditas, Investment Opprtunity Set, Kebijakan Dividen
