Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh nilai pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan produk ACP Seven yang di distribusikan oleh PT Sembilan Cipta Karya Padang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) yang diolah dengan Smart PLS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei yang diambil sampel konsumen Non individu (Kontraktor dan Konsultan)Sumatera Barat sebanyak 70 responden, metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner, wawancara dan observasi.Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis ditemukan bahwa nilai pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasi. Kata Kunci: Nilai Pelanggan, Kepuasan Pelanggan & Loyalitas Pelanggan ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of customer value on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on customers of ACP Seven products distributed by PT Sembilan Cipta Karya Padang. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Model (SEM), which is processed with Smart PLS.The research method used was a survey method sampled by Non-individual consumers (Contractors and Consultants) of West Sumatra totaling 70 respondents, the data collection method used questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Based on the results of hypothesis testing it was found that customer value affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a moderating variable.
