Abstract

Abstrak Perilaku seksual remaja yang melewati batas kewajaran mempunyai dampak besar bagi remaja dan pasangannya. Perilaku seksual yang dilakukan remaja dengan pasangannya mulai dari ciuman bibir sampai dengan hubungan seksual merupakan perilaku seksual beresiko, yang mengakibatkan peningkatan masalah-masalah seksual seperti unprotected sexuality, penyakit kelamin HIV/AIDS, kehamilan yang tidak dikehendaki, aborsi, dan tingkat mortalitas ibu dan bayi. Meningkatnya angka persentase perilaku seksual remaja di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun tentu dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti tingkat pengetahuan, sikap, dan pengaruh dari teman sebaya yang akan meningkatkan resiko. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual remaja SMA Swasta “X” di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 120 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Januari 2021 dengan cara menyebarkan angket berupa Goggle Form kepada responden. Analisis data menggunakan chi-square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan presentase remaja yang mempunyai perilaku seksual resiko tinggi 46,7%. Hasil analisis data diperoleh faktor yang berhubungan dengan perilaku seksual resiko tinggi adalah jenis kelamin (p=0,303), usia pubertas (p=0,357), tingkat pengetahuan (p=0,003), sikap (p=0,303) dan teman sebaya (p=0,243). Saran kepada sekolah untuk memberikan konseling terkait dengan perilaku seksual, dan bekerja sama dengan tenaga kesehatan untuk memberikan pernyuluhan tentang kesehatan seksual dan reproduksi kepada siswa sehubungan dengan terdapatnya siswa yang memiliki perilaku seksual resiko tinggi. Sexual behavior by adolescents with their partners, from lip kissing to sexual intercourse, constitutes risky sexual behavior, which results in an increase in sexual problems such as unprotected sexuality, HIV / AIDS venereal disease, unwanted pregnancy, abortion, and maternal and infant mortality rates. The increasing number of the teenager’s sexual behavior in Indonesia from year to year is certainly influenced by many factors such as their knowledge level, attitude, the exposure of many sources of information, and the influence of the peers. This study is aimed to determine the factors which are associated with the sexual behavior of high school teenagers ”X” in the City of Padang. This research is a descriptive analytic research which uses cross sectional design. The data collecting method is a simple random sampling with 120 sample. This research was conducted in Januari 2021 by distributing a questionnaire in the form of a Goggle Form to respondents. Data analysis uses chi-square. The result of the research shows 46.7% of teenagers have high risk of sexual behavior. The result of data analysis obtained by factors related to high risk sexual behavior, they were gender (p = 0.303), knowledge level (p = 0.003), attitude (p = 0.303), and peers (p = 0.243). It is suggested to schools to provide the student with kind of counseling related to sexual behavior, and also to work together with the health workers to provide a sexual and reproductive health education to the students in relation to the presence of students who have a high-risk sexual behavior.
