Abstract
Factors influencing employees’ organizational commitment are really important for any organization. One of the organizations that considered the important of organizational commitment is PT PLN (Persero). PT PLN (Persero) is one of state owned enterprise or institution which engaged in the production and service electricity. PT PLN (PERSERO) have guidelines behavior as a form of culture organization. Parties should implement guidelines behavior, ranging from the board of directors, commissioner, leader of the units, employees’ subsidiary the company and the third party affiliation (consultant, outsourcing its working partners, contractors, etc.). Any parties are required to become a model to implement guidelines in behavior, familiarize guidelines behavior and ready to accept sanctions if violations of guidelines behavior. Guidelines behavior in PT PLN known by SIPP (mutual trust, integrity, care and learner). Mutual trust includes: mutual respect, good behavior and transparent, integrity includes: honest, obedient rules, care includes: proactive help each other, and be completed give the best, and maintain the image of a firm, last learner includes: continuous learning and adapt, are sharing their knowledge and experience and innovation. Besides implement guidelines behavior, commitment to the company also be of importance in the company. Organizational commitment in PT PLN as follow: 1. Honest. Do not abuse the authority and office 2. Give exemplary. Do not ask giving and receiving bribes and of gratification 3. Fair and responsibly. Don ' t commit murder character 4. Admitting of limitations. Not engaged in drug abuse 5. Neutral in political. Not divulge confidential company. PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Bukittinggi was established in 1952. PT PLN (Persero) Bukittinggi is a part of PT PLN (Persero) West Sumatra region. PT PLN Cabang Bukittinggi has a number of employees 200 people. .PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Bukittinggi is a company that has a large number of employees. Performance of worker might be influenced organizational culture, leadership style and perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. The current research attempts to investigate the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership and perceived organizational support on organizational commitment. Object of this study is employees who work for PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Bukittinggi.
