Abstract
This study aims to determine how the implementation of Good Corporate Governance towards family firms and non family firms, and to find out whether there are differences in the implementation of GCG between family firms and non family firms. The sample consists of 31 family firms and 31 non family firms. The analysis of this study was conducted using an independent sample t-test to examine the differences between family firms and non family firms. The results showed that there were differences in the implementation of GCG between family firms and non family firms.
