Abstract
The planning document in Public Health Center of Padang Health Departement covers information on job analysis, calculation of SKM requirements, preparation of documents, lacking unit formation and follow-up on the results of the planning document in Public Health. This research used qualitative with a technique the determination of the informant purposive sampling for 4 people. Methods of data collection is by indepth interviews, observation and document review. This research did in health Departement, Alai Public Health Center and Ikur Koto Public Health Center. Processing data is using triangulation of sources and methods. Research result from Analysis of the needs SKM in Public Health Center in Padang Health Departement conducted based on PMK No. 33 in 2015. The formation of SKM in Public Health Center are 26 people of 23 Public Health Center. There are several problem as no professional analysis workers, the difficulties in software operation, the job descriptions of SKM is not suitable with the background of interest and the lack of coaching and training. The result of these problems Public Health Center cover up with is done by using the BLUD contract and over the function of SKM roles. Need to procure SKM to fill the formation of detective unit, especially 2 Public Health Center that do not yet have SKM worker, 17 Public Health Center that still have 1 SKM worker.
