Kep Registered numbered : 1841313013 NURSING COMMUNITY CARE WITH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF VIDEO AND DEMONSTRATION METHODS IN HELATH REVENUE ABOUT HAND WASHING USING SOAP TO INCREASE KNOWLEDGE AND LIFE BEHAVIOUR CLEAN AND HEALTHY IN SDN 21 LUBUK LINTAH PADANG ABSTRACT Hand washing with soap (CTPS) can be interpreted as someone's desire to clean the skin of the hands using water and soap from germs and dirt so that they can prevent diseases such as diarrhea and helminthiasis in children. CTPS is part of the school's PHBS indicator, which is closely related to school health efforts (UKS) with the aim of being able to improve students' health and maintain a healthy environment at school. In 2014 the WHO (World Health Organization) carried out a campaign that collaborated between the government and the private sector and NGOs, carried out in developing countries with the aim of increasing the degree of public health by familiarizing CTPS. One method of health education that can be used is the application of showing videos and demonstrations by creating a pleasant learning environment by preparing children to acquire the skills, knowledge and attitudes to prepare children to be able to behave in proper handwashing with soap. Provision of nursing care is carried out from 10 February to 6 March 2020 and data collection through observation, interviews and questionnaires pre-test, post-test. Health Education was held at SDN 21 Lubuk Lintah and was attended by 28 students. The results of this nursing care is the increase of students knowledge and attitudes proven by the results of the post-test questionnaire shows that 92.9% of students have good knowledge and 96.4% of students have good attitudes. The writer hopes the schools will be able to improve health education about clean and healthy behavior at least 1 time in 6 months in collaboration with the local health center.
