Abstract

Corporate governance is one of the important things that must be applied in the company. The implementation of good corporate governance is expected to increase investors’ welfare and professionalism of the company. Before the investors invest their funds in the company, they have to see financial condition of the company. Good corporate environment will also create a good quality in the company. The corporate environment consists of internal environment and external environment. Internal environment consist of parties that directly related to corporate governance. In other hand, external environment consists of parties that are not directly related to corporate governance, but also has influence in the company. For instance, the state of social, political environment, economic condition, and also competitors as company’s threat. With a good environment, investors have the confidence to invest their money to the company, so the company does not experiencing financial crisis.
