Abstract

The operations of bulk cement where the orders and monitoring are at the center of the plant while the actuators are on the harbor. This will cause problems if suddenly the operator does not know the damage at the machine that is working on-site because the machine is far from the monitoring center. Any research is needed to maintain the system monitoring. Internet was used for remote monitoring the media to transfer data (information or signals). The internet as a medium for data transfer is completed with the use of the web as a media for remote monitoring. The web will receive the results of the reading of speed sensor which is obtained by the rotating speed of the dc motor through the MCU Esp 8266 node as the data sender. During the sending time, MCU esp 8266 will take time from the sensor to received on the web, it is required to delay the data transmission. From the analysis that has been obtained, the results of motor speed readings can be done in graphical form on web monitoring. The system that has been made has successfully monitored the speed of the dc motor, while the web monitoring has succeeded in making a reading of the speed of the dc motor by the speed sensor and completion in the form of a graph on web monitoring.
