Abstract
The high cement consumption resulting from national infrastructure development has triggered intense competition in the cement industry. Cement producers operating in Indonesia certainly try to take advantage of these opportunities, thus requiring companies to produce superior products. PT. Semen Padang is one of the companies engaged in the cement industry in Indonesia and is incorporated in the Indonesian Cement Association (ASI). One of the departments that also has an important role in supplying raw materials for production activities one of which is the mining department. Existing equipment in the mine is required to meet the level of availability as determined by the company. To maintain the condition of machines and heavy equipment to continue running as needed, the management of assets and maintenance of assets is needed in accordance with the company's objectives. One of the tools used as a tool in measuring company performance but can also translate company goals into action in the field of maintenance is the Maintenance Scorecard (MSC). This approach is also a means to facilitate innovative thinking in an organization so that the data reaches the desired target. The company's goals and objectives need to be linked to the competitive advantage that the organization wants to achieve through the implementation of KPI (Key Performance Indicator). KPI also functions as a tool in measuring the maintenance performance of the Raw Material Production Bureau. The results obtained in the design of KPI are 46 KPI in total KPI which is a proposal for the company to conduct performance measurement at this time. 12 KPI at the Corporate Level, 19 KPI at the Strategic Level and 19 KPI at the Functional Level. The weighting on the KPI is done in order to get the priority KPI to make the company progress. Performance measurement is carried out based on the results of the KPI that has been designed at the Functional Level with the availability of data at the time of the study. The results of the performance measurements obtained 4 KPI that can be measured. Measured KPIs are machine availability KPI, performance rate KPI, MTBF, and MTTR. Other KPI become recommendations to the company in measuring maintenance performance. Keywords: KPI, Maintenance Scorecard, Performance Measurement. Weighting.
