Abstract

The result showed that the process of the occurrence of The partnership agreement of electric development cooperation between Tebing Lestari villages with PT. Cahaya Puri Agung in initiate of the establishment of committee of the generators diesel formed by Tebing Lestari village then produce an agreement outlined in a newsworthy event of the management committee of the generators diesel. The result of a deal within a newsworthy event it’s this committee on which to base the occurrence of an agreement partnership for development of electricity Tebing Lestari village with PT. Cahaya Putri Agung.To guarantee legal certainty, the parties have agreed to hold the coordination in the presence of notary public, certificates with number 72 2010 dated 21 march 2010. This research includes empirical research which is juridical, namely the research which is based on the provisions in force, with more emphasis going in the actual data field for a data library equipped with then doing the research libraries. Data retrieval in research librarianship is a study document that is by studying the material or materials that form of secondary data in the form of books, research results as well as legislation relating to partnership agreements and electricity. Tools used in this field of research are to use the guidelines for interviews, and how that is used is by interview. The writing of this thesis aims to examine how the process of rural electricity development cooperation agreement between the community and the Committee Preserved Cliffs power plant Diesel (DIESEL POWER) in Kampar, how implementation of the cooperation agreement between the Committee for Rural development in electricity power stations Diesel (DIESEL POWER) with PT. Light Princess Dowager in Kampar Regency, and how the procedures for resolving disputes in Rural electricity development cooperation agreement between the Committee for Diesel power stations (DIESEL POWER) with PT. Cahaya Putri Agung in District Kampar.
