Abstract

Being a parent in adolescent can be lead to conflict between the task of adolescent development with parents. One of the roles of mothers is to keep their children healthy with breast milk. The case of teenage mothers since 2019 in Public Center Health of Lubuk Buaya has reached 11 people. The purpose of this scientifict work is to apply nursing care to Ny. S (17 years old) P2A0H2 with breastfeeding problems in 3 month infant and the application of evidence based nursing in the Public Center Health of Lubuk Buaya in Padang by providing hypnobreastfeeding therapy, relactation with lactation conseling, increase knowledge of growth and development of infants in enhancing the role as parents, and nutrition of breastfeeding mother. All of the EBNs had a significant influence on the patient's nursing problems. This scientific work can be included in the provision of nursing care, especially clients with breastfeeding problems and the application of EBN at home.
