Abstract
Kualitas susu sapi murni menjadi penentu dari kelayakan susu sapi tersebut untuk dikonsumsi. Ada beberapa faktor yang secara signifikan menjadi penentu kualitas susu sapi murni salah satunya adalah nilai tingkat keasaman atau pH. Sistem yang dirancang terdiri dari sistem perangkat keras serta sistem aplikasi mobile. Sistem perangkat keras meliputi sensor pH, modul sensor pH, bluetooth. serta mikrokontroler Arduino Uno. Sistem ini akan melakukan pembacaan derajat keasaman melalui sensor pH serta mengkonversi nilai analog menjadi pembacaan digital pada modul sensor pH. Kemudian nilai dikirim dengan menggunakan bluetooth menuju aplikasi mobile. Aplikasi ini memberikan fasilitas berupa pelabelan data uji serta pembacaan pada nilai pH, Klasifikasi pH dan Kualitas susu sapi murni. Selain itu aplikasi juga menyimpan data guna melakukan monitoring jika dibutuhkan dalam bentuk database penyimpanan aplikasi serta real-time database berbasis firebase. Dengan harapan alat yang dirancang dapat melakukan pembacaan, pengklasifikasian serta monitoring pada susu sapi murni Kata kunci: sensor pH, bluetooth, mobile application, mikrokontroler The quality of pure cow's milk determines the feasibility of cow's milk for consumption. There are several factors that significantly determine the quality of pure cow's milk, one of them is the value of acidity or pH. The system designed consists of a hardware system and a mobile application system. The hardware system includes a pH sensor, a pH sensor module, bluetooth and the Arduino Uno microcontroller. This system will read the acidity through the pH sensor and convert analog values into digital readings on the pH sensor module. Then the value send by using bluetooth to mobile application. This application provides facilities in the form of labeling test data and readings on pH values, pH classifications and quality of pure cow's milk. In addition the application also stores data for monitoring if it needed in the form of an application storage database and a real-time firebase-based database.
