Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kelayakan perkebunan kopi arabika rakyat di Nagari Lubuk Gadang Kecamatan Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan terdiri dari data primer yang diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan petani kopi arabika rakyat dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari literatur ataupun instansi tertentu dan dianalisa secara deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik budidaya yang dilakukan petani secara umum belum maksimal dan belum sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dari Peraturan Menteri Pertanian Nomor 49/Permentan/OT.140/4/2014. Dari penilaian kriteria investasi yang telah dilakukan pada usaha perkebunan kopi arabika rakyat diperoleh hasil B/C ratio sebesar 1,96, NPV sebesar Rp.83.693.823 , IRR sebesar 24%. Dilakukan analisis sensitivitas pada kondisi kenaikan cost 3,13 % diperoleh IRR sebesar 23% (Layak). Penurunan benefit sebesar 20% diperoleh IRR sebesar 20% (Layak) dan kenaikan cost 3,13 % dan benefit 20% diperoleh IRR sebesar 19% (Layak). Serta analisa payback period didapatkan selama 11 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka sebaiknya kelompok petani membuat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang benar-benar bisa dijalankannya sehingga budidaya kopi arabika di Nagari Lubuk Gadang Kecamatan Sangir Kabupaten Solok Selatan sesuai standar sehingga menghasilkan cherry kopi yang berkualitas untuk dipasarkan dan tetap melanjutkan usaha perkebunan ini karena dilihat berdasarkan aspek finansial sangat layak untuk dilanjutkan.
