Abstract

Educational services carry long term implications for the life of a student hence both future goals and emotion seemed to be appropriate for the measurement of the perceived value of higher education. Higher education institution increasingly needs to establish long term relationship with their clients through the provision of high value service. Unfortunately, there is found only little research concern about student's evaluation to value while having education. This research deal with analysis ofstudents perceived value in higher institution, its influence toward students satisfaction and their impact on institutional image itself By using SER V-PER VAL scale, it is found that perceived value has positive relationship to both customer satisfaction and institutional image.
