Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence individual health status in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative analysis approach with a cross-sectional research design. The data in this study comes from the National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The type of data used in this study is raw data sourced from the 2022 SUSENAS data conducted throughout districts/cities in Indonesia. In this study, health status is used as the dependent variable. The independent variables in this study are education, working hours, gender, ownership of National Health Insurance, and residential demographics. The results of this study found that the variables of education, gender, working hours, and residential demographics have a significant relationship with individual health status in Indonesia, while the variable of insurance ownership does not have a significant relationship with individual health status in Indonesia.
