Abstract

The aim of this study to investigate the impact of role conflict, role ambiguity, and organizational justice that consists of two components (distributive justice and procedural justice) on job satisfaction in the DR. Reksodiwiryo hospital, Padang. The total of 100 respondents in DR. Reksodiwiryo Hospital, Padang was surveyed in this research with convenience sampling technique. The hypothesis was developed based on the relationship between role conflict, role ambiguity, and organizational justice on job satisfaction. Analysis used is the validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regressions. The results showed that there was impact of role conflict, role ambiguity, and organizational justice on job satisfaction in the DR. Reksodiwiryo hospital, Padang.
